What is Hatha Yoga and why to practice it?

Anahatasana

The word “Hatha” consists of two parts: Ha-tha. “Ha” means Sun and “tha” means Moon. The Sun represents the masculine, the Yang Energy, activity, and warmth. The Moon on the contrary stands for the feminine, the Yin Energy, which embodies stillness and coldness. Hatha Yoga connects and harmonizes these two energies, as “Yoga” in translation means unity and harmony.

Hatha Yoga is a dynamic power yoga style. It improves posture, stamina, and brain activity, balances hormonal levels, builds up muscles, boosts your energy, and makes you stronger and healthier. It also raises your natural vibe.

What is Hatha Yoga ideal for?

If you need a practice that can help you to improve your energy and focus, develop resistance to negative energies and learn how to balance your yin and yang sides, implement Hatha Yoga in your daily routine. Hatha Yoga is for people of every age and body type. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga practitioner, Hatha Yoga can benefit you.
